In case you missed it the first time, it was so nice: WE HAD TO DO IT TWICE! This time, we add a little extra sauce though. We go to the beach and participate in the annual NJ State Barbeque Championship Tournament.

The winner gets to go on and compete later this year in the National tournament in Kansas City, Missouri. They may even end up with a cooking show on The Food Network! You never know, but you can help send your favorite choice along the way.

We continue our summer by soaking in the warm CLEAR waters of the Atlantic Ocean in Wildwood, NJ (just south of Atlantic City) where we can relax on the beach, pig out (pun intended) and eat, drink, and get toasted and tanned.
So… get those buns ready… it’s time to have fun in the sun… at
least one more time!
