We hold most companies on an intermediate-term basis, preferring to sell after cleaning up the balance sheet and engineering structural profits for eight consecutive quarters. We do private equity investments in small dynamic business that offer substantial growth opportunities in various markets and industries.
Our current focal points are in the real estate development, publishing, and food service industries. However, we are more than willing to take a look at your unique business, and if your capital requirements are greater than what we normally do, we will enlist some of our capital partners to get the deal done.
